Dr. Denton joins our team as a clinical expert in intense pulsed light (IPL) and low-level light therapy (LLLT) and aesthetics. Dr. Denton is an "end-of-the-line" specialist, meaning she manages care for individuals who've tried seemingly everything and are still suffering from dry eye symptoms. Janice Holly Booth

Teambuilding KIT CEO

Janice Holly Booth supports EyeBridge Consulting in the areas of human resources, leadership and team building. With more than two decades at the helm of three national non-profits and a master's degree in leadership, Janice has vast experience in leading and growing effective teams. Janice is also the founder and CEO of the Teambuilding KIT. From big companies to small groups, her KIT programs help people become better at the one thing they rely on most: communication.

The KIT is a unique teambuilding approach that stands for Knowledge, Insight, Tools. It helps individuals and teams recognize their predominant work/communication styles and how those styles help or hinder the team. The “tools” portion of the KIT teaches participants how to pull on their under-used skills and communicate more effectively with their colleagues, reducing or eliminating the lost productivity that results from personality clashes. The KIT is the only strength-finder program that offers this insight!  After the KIT, team members understand the value and benefits of working styles that are different than their own, and they feel valued for what they bring to the team. She captures the essence of a team and nurtures it so that each individual feels head, valued and read to up their game.  For more information visit www.theteambuildingkit.com

Our most popular services:

The Teambuilding KIT – a 4-6 hour workshop/retreat that brings teams together and keeps them connected in the years ahead.

The Communication KIT – a 3-hour workshop for groups that may not be part of a team but want to become more savvy and effective communicators.

The HR KIT – the online assessment portion of the KIT helps HR managers and business owners understand their human resource landscape and is an indispensable tool in the pre-hire process.

The Working Agreement – to change an office culture, everyone must be on board. The Working Agreement is a half-day deep dive into creating the ideal office environment, where everyone participates and takes personal responsibility for change.

The Emergency KIT – when it’s all going to hell in a handbasket, the Emergency KIT is a 9-11 call. Ideal for small business owners who haven’t had time to address problems or new managers who are tasked with overhauling entrenched cultures, the Emergency KIT is first-aid for fixing teams.
